The feet are the foundation to the temple of the body. In this class we awaken the feet and enliven the legs in order to cultivate stability in the pelvis and the spine. In this class you will learn how to mobilize and strengthen your feet in order to help gain stability in your knees, pelvis and low back. In the practice, we stimulate the vital acupressure points in the foot and ankle in order to stimulate the meridian pathways of the leg.
