By accessing the Teachable Website (www.prajna-yoga.teachable.com), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.







2. Purchase & Refund Policy

We value integrity and believe students should honor commitments made. There will be no refunds for any course/class transaction, please make sure you are ready to commit to any training prior to enrolling. By purchasing or registering for any products, programs, or services, or entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, including through the Website (www.prajnayoga.com), MindBody Online, and the Teachable Website (www.prajna-yoga.teachable.com), ("Sites"), you (“Client”) agree to be provided with products, programs, or services by Prajna Yoga Inc and Tias and Surya Little ("Company") unless a separate Terms of Purchase Agreement is provided at purchase. Purchases include Sales Tax based on the required tax rates in the location that the student lives.

Modifications to Service: Prajna reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that your purchase will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We have no obligation to retain any of Your Account or Submitted Content for any period of time beyond what may be required by applicable law.







3. Intellectual Property

The Sites contain intellectual property owned by the Company, including, without limitation, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property as well as the Prajna Yoga Inc. /prajnayoga.com name, logo, all designs, text, graphics, photographs, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof ("Materials"). 

You may, view, print and/or download the Materials from the Sites as denoted within the product, program, or service, on any single computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Materials or intellectual property, in whole or in part without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Sites, without refund, if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy. Upon removal, you must destroy any downloaded Materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

In no event will the Company be liable to any party for any type of direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) for any use of or reliance on our Sites or its Materials, even if the Company or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You hereby release the Company from any and all claims including those related to personal or business interruptions, misapplication or information, or any other loss, condition, or issue.

You shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms of Service, or any use by you of the Site. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.

Any claim relating to the Company's Sites shall be governed by the laws of the Company's Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
