At this time of restricted movement for all of us, it is valuable to gather your energy inward and open your back body. Worry, anxiety and uncertainty quickly lodge into the dorsum.

In this class, Tias will teach front bends to help draw fatigue and fear out of the body to make the mind alert and ready. Practice forward bends to energize and stretch the nerves in the musculature of your back. Forward bends are a tonic for your kidneys and lungs and provide a boost for the prana inside.
