In this class, Tias moves the degree of difficulty up a notch. Practice more complex hip openers and ilio-psoas extensions. We move through backbend variations including supta virasana, camel, viparita dandasana and upward bow pose. This class will inspire students safely to new levels in their asana practice.

Prajna Yoga makes its home in the foothills of Santa Fe, New Mexico – the home of Tias and Surya Little.
