In this class I will guide a sequence to open your hips through floor poses and standing poses by doing fun and challenging hip openers.

Practice will build both strength and elasticity to stretch and balance your hip flexors, hip joints and external hip rotation muscles. This class brings fluidity and flow to your hips joints to increase vitality and internal lift.
