What practice is best to do at home during this time of shut down?

Join Tias & Surya for a practice of SATYA and asana to help gather inward, fortify prana, and build resiliency. I will emphasize breath-movement patterns to increase circulatory and lymphatic flow.

The practice will open the inside channel of the leg in order to activate the kidney meridian and build flexibility and space in your core sheath.
